GENERAL RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

THE PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE Costs related to Value Added Tax, Fuel Oil, Damage Liability Insurance (Kasko), Theft Policy, Personal Accident Insurance, Tyre-Windshield-Headlight Insurance, One Way Drive, Baby Seat, or Luggage Rack. MASCOT CAR RENTAL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE PRICES, CONDITIONS AND THE LISTED VEHICLE TYPES WITHOUT PRIOR NOTIFICATION.

PAYMENT-DEPOSITS
All valid credit cards are accepted for rental payments. Prior to hiring, a deposit payment of at least 500 Euros to be paid as cash or by credit card is required. MASCOT CAR RENTAL adopts type of payment that best fit your demands.

DELAYS IN DELIVERY
For rentals involving terms over 24 hours, 1/5 of the price is required for each hour of delay. If the delay exceeds 5 hours, payment for the full day plus CDW - Kasko Insurance cost is charged.

DRIVING LICENSE - AGE OF USER
The client must be no younger than 21 to hire EDMN - EWMN - EDMR - CDMR - EWMR - IWAR - IDMR - SDMR - SDAR Grup vehicles, and 25 to hire FDMR - FDAR - SVMR vehicles, and in all cases the client must have a valid driving license issued at least 2 years ago.

REGISTRY OF DRIVERS
No more than three users meeting the requirements relating to driving license and age may be registered for the use of a single vehicle. NO extra payment is required for the registry of more than one user. The use of a vehicle by a person who is not a lessee is only possible provided that person meeting the requirements relating to driving license and age has his/her valid identity and driving license registered in the contract. If there is no additional registration, and an unregistered user undergoes an accident with the hired car, the insurances are invalidated.

RENTAL TERM
The minimum rental term is 24 hours.

RENTS FOR LONGER TERMS
Special prices are charged. The minimum leasing term is 1 year. Please call MASCOT CAR RENTAL RESERVATION CENTER (Tel no : +90 252 313 73 45) for information on leasing prices and conditions.

LEAVING THE COUNTRY
Vehicles belonging to MASCOT CAR RENTAL are not allowed to be taken abroad.

TRAFFIC TICKETS
Fines and legal liabilities due to faults of the lessee will be incurred by the lessee. Time of retention of the vehicle by an official or local authority due to any reason is included in the period of contract.

LUGGAGE RACK - BABY SEAT
Provided that the lessee appropriately informs the company at least 48 hours prior to rental, Baby Seat for children younger than 5, or luggage rack will be provided for 5 € (Euros) / per day.
